2023 HOA Annual Assessment
$250.

The assessment is due annually on January 1st.
A monthly late fee of $20 is charged on the 1st of the month beginning February.
Interest is charged monthly on unpaid assessment.
Additional collection action fees may be assessed beginning in April.
Accounts with unpaid assessment may be turned over to collection attorney in September.

Get ahead! We accept payments toward next year's assessment at no charge. Pay in person at the NWC on-site office, online, or through your bank's online bill payment service. You will need your account number. Payee: NWC HOA. (See mailing address below.)

Payments (checks or money orders only) can be mailed to Patriot HOA Management at PO Box 591610 San Antonio, TX 78259 or dropped off at our on-site office at 10280 Dover Ridge. If the office is closed, you can drop it in the slot outside; we collect the contents regularly.

Payment plans for delinquent assessments may be available upon request by contacting Patriot HOA Management. Entering into a payment plan contract in a timely manner stops late fees and collection action as long as payments are made on time. The payment plan fee is $10/month.
