NWC photo ID cards are required for access to all NWC facilities (parks, tennis courts, pools), activities, and fitness programs. ID cards and current year stickers may only be issued to residents whose property accounts are in good standing.

Note: Residents may not sign in other residents of NWC HOA as guests at pools.

Homeowner Card

  • A white Household Information form must be filled out at the on-site office and will list all permanent residents, including dependents.
  • Permanent residents 6+ years of age will be issued cards.
  • Adults 18+ must provide proof of residency in the HOA.
  • There is no fee for the first card.
  • Cards are reusable and validated annually with a current year sticker placed on the card at the on-site office after the annual assessment has been paid in full.
  • Only one resident is required to bring in all the cards for stickers.
  • Replacement cards are $10 each if issued within the past 18 months.*

Tenant Card

  • A green Household Information form must be filled out at the on-site office and will list all permanent residents, including dependents.
  • Tenants must provide photo ID and current lease.
  • Permanent residents 6+ years of age will be issued cards.
  • The fee for each card is $10 fee.*
  • Cards expire on the date of lease agreement expiration. New cards may be issued with the necessary fees, photo ID, and current lease.
  • Current year sticker should be issued at the time the card is issued but is not required. Stickers are a convenience for the lifeguards.

Babysitter card

  • Must be 16+ years of age.
  • Homeowner must authorize.
  • ID is valid for one year.
  • Fee is $40.*
  • One pass per household.

Short term pass

  • Valid for entry of four additional guests.
  • Valid for ONE DAY ONLY.
  • One pass issued per adult with NWC ID card.
  • Must be accompanied by NWC ID and cardholder.
  • Fee is $10 per card.*
  • No current year sticker is issued.

Long term pass

  • Valid for entry of one guest.
  • Valid for 1-4 weeks from date of issue.
  • Fee is $10 + $5/wk up to 4 weeks for each card ($15-$30).*
  • No current year sticker is issued.

*Fees must be paid with a check that includes the HOA residence address OR money order. No cash or debit/credit cards accepted.
