Homeowners should have received their specific Association documents when they closed on the purchase of their property. Sellers are required to order a Resale Package through condocerts.com. The Resale Package is included in the Buyer's closing documents.
The documents listed below are samples of all of the covenants and bylaws that exist for 42 units within NWC HOA. In order to find their specific documents, homeowners must know the unit number for their property. The unit number can be found on county tax documents or by conducting a property search at bcad.org.

Please note that homeowners wanting to build, replace, or improve fences, sheds, or decks and make changes to landscaping, roof, siding, windows, or paint as well as other exterior improvements need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
