NWC Garage Sales

In April and October many residents of NWC hold garage sales at their property, and the on-site office does all the advertising to drum up extra traffic. The sales are conveniently held before city bulky item pickup.

Residents holding sales must obtain their own permit from the City of San Antonio. Permits may also be purchased at H-E-B.

There are restrictions on signage. Signs may not be placed on NWC Association or City property; they will be removed. The permit allows for one on-site sign and two off-site signs. Neighbors may give permission to each other for signs to be placed in their yards for the duration of the sale. Signs may be attached to a vehicle that is parked legally and does not impede traffic.

To include your sale in the NWC Community Garage Sales directory, contact the On-site Office by the Wednesday immediately prior to the sale weekend before 7:30 pm.

On the weekend of the sale, a map and list of addresses participating will be available at the On-site Office.
