May 20, 2020 Community COVID-19 Update

The on-site office is open for our regular office hours. Residents are still encouraged to leave payments payable to NWC HOA in the drop box to the right of the front door. We will continue to be available by phone and email during office hours: (210) 647-0689, nwc@nwchoa.org. We have resumed issuing NWC photo ID cards.

All NWC community events, clubhouse rentals, and meetings are canceled until further notice. To contact the NWC Board of Directors, please email info@patriotcm.com.

The 2020 NWC Dolphins Swim Team season has been canceled.

Parking lots, exercise equipment, and playground equipment at all NWC parks are closed, however walking trails are open. While in NWC parks, maintain 6 feet of distance from other residents. If walking the trails, please wear a face covering as it is difficult to maintain 6 feet of distance from others.

Tennis courts are open for limited use (4 persons per court).

Pool season opens June 5th, but the manager, Board, and staff are working to prepare for opening. Updates will be made on the NWC Facebook page and at nwchoa.org.

Please protect those in our community who are most vulnerable, and check on your neighbors who may not be able to care for themselves. Follow the advice of health and government officials to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including hand washing and following social distancing protocol.
