To log on to your account go to:
- Enter your Account Number*
- Enter your Password**
- Click the Blue Arrow to log in.
*You can find your 5-digit account number on Assessment Statements and Deed Restriction Violation Letters from Patriot. If you do not have your account number or password, call the NWC on-site office or Patriot office.
**If you do not have a password or have forgotten yours, click the PASSWORD tab and enter your account number and email address to request a password.
To make an online payment:
- Scroll over the HOME tab in the top row; a menu will appear.
- Select how you wish to make your payment:
- E-check (you will need routing number and checking account number)
- or Credit/Debit Card*
