The Board of Directors welcomes you to Northwest Crossing!
Northwest Crossing Association is the home owner association that represents almost 4000 homes and over 14,000 residents of the Northwest Crossing neighborhood. As an Association, we endeavor to give our residents an opportunity to get involved, volunteer and have fun! We have over 35 acres of parks and walking trails, together with a soccer field and sportsplex. We recently added our own Sand Volleyball Court at our Misty Brook Park. Residents enjoy the freedom to play tennis year round at our two Tennis Courts.
We have one of the oldest youth swim teams in the city, “The Dolphins!” A soccer program that has continually run since 1986, for ages 4-12, a group of residents that created the “Aquanuts” that meet up at different restaurant the 1st Wednesday of every month at 11:30am to enjoy a new “flavor” and friends. We have dedicated group SAPD officers that work for our HOA and together with our own “COP” members they meet on a regular basis and help keep our neighborhood safe. We host our Annual end of School “Tween and Teen” swim parties, Easter egg hunt, Halloween “Trunk or Treat” and Christmas parties. We have over 35 acres of parks and walking trails, together with a soccer field and sportsplex. We host and an annual garage sale, together with many fitness activities such as Zumba, Zumbatomic, Water Aerobics, Adult Swim, and Swim Lessons for Residents of NWC.
Northwest Crossing maintains two swimming pools for residents during the summer months. The pools are open 12pm, until 8pm. Monday-Sunday, alternating during the week and having both pools open on the weekends. In order to participate in our programs, or visit the pools, every NWC resident ages 6yrs and above are required to have a NWC picture ID.
Please contact the Weybridge Office or stop by, if you need an ID, or if you would like to rent the clubhouses or host a pool party.
NWC has an active Board of Directors that meet at our Weybridge office every month, at 6:30pm except in December. There is an open forum to meet with residents and discuss concerns that they may have at the opening of the meeting. NWC has also started the “Town Hall” meetings that allow residents to come and voice any issues that need attention.
Our Town Hall meetings are scheduled at different times throughout the year and are posted in our newsletter.
Lastly, NWC prides itself on excellence and pursuing high standards. In order to maintain this level, frequent improvements are often needs on homeowner’s properties. Homeowners wanting to build, replace, or improve fences, sheds, or decks need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This also includes any other improvements done to the outside of your home or property including landscaping. Please come by or go online to our website at http://nwchoa.org/
We look forward to seeing you at many of our events!
