The Board of Directors welcomes you to Northwest Crossing!
Northwest Crossing Homeowners Association represents almost 4,000 homes and over 14,000 residents of northwest San Antonio. We endeavor to give our members opportunities to get involved, volunteer, and have fun!
We have one of the most veteran youth swim teams in the city, “The Dolphins!” Our youth Spring/Fall soccer program has continually run since 1986. Our members look forward to annual events including neighborhood garage sale, end of school tween and teen swim parties, Easter egg hunt, Halloween Trunk-or-Treat, and Christmas party. We host a variety of fitness activities such as Zumba, water aerobics, dance lessons, and swim lessons. Information about our community including these events is included in our bi-monthly newsletter delivered to each homeowner’s mailbox.
NWC members enjoy over 35 acres of parks and walking trails, a soccer field and sportsplex, two tennis courts, two swimming pools.
NWC HOA has an on-site office at 10280 Dover Ridge. The friendly staff is available during office hours for the following member services: member ID cards (required for pool use), pool and clubhouse rentals, and HOA dues payments. We invite new residents to visit our office and introduce themselves. We have a packet of helpful information to offer as a welcome!
NWC HOA provides 24-hour security patrol through G4S – an internationally renowned security services provider. Additionally, a dedicated group of SAPD officers meet on a regular basis with our “COP” members to help keep our neighborhood safe.
NWC HOA has an active Board of Directors that meets at our Dolphin Clubhouse at 10280 Dover Ridge on the 4th Wednesday every month. There is an open forum built into the agenda to meet with residents and discuss concerns they may have at the opening of the meeting. Residents are encouraged to attend. Town Hall meetings are scheduled at different times throughout the year. Dates and locations are posted in our bi-monthly newsletter.
NWC HOA prides itself on excellence and pursuing high standards. In order to maintain aesthetics and safety in our neighborhood, NWC HOA contracts with Patriot Community Management to routinely inspect residences and issue notices according to the HOA covenants. Please note that homeowners wanting to build, replace, or improve fences, sheds, or decks and make changes to landscaping, roof, siding, windows, or paint need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Forms are available at our on-site office or by clicking here.
